- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Armaments Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source effort with Green Hills Software,Inc. 30 West Sola Street, Santa Barbara, CA. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25M. The Government has a need to purchase software license renewal and maintenance support for Green Hills Software which is compatible to our exisitng systems.
