- VA-263-10-RP-0199 In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program (PL 109-461), the Department of Veterans Affairs, Sioux Falls, SD, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Dakota Electric, Inc. to complete TJC Plans for improvement at the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Work shall include providing all material and labor for the demolition, general construction, alterations and installation of sheetrock and associated framework to complete this project. Price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract under authority of FAR 6.302-5 and in accordance with FAR Part 19.1406. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 236220 with a $31 million size standard. This notice is not a request for quotation. No solicitation will be issued and proposals will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is July 6, 2010.
