- FA8751-10-R-0028 SOLE SOURCE J&A The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, with Analytical Graphics Inc., 220 Valley Creek Blvd Exton PA for Satellite Toolkit (STK) software modules, annual support, and upgrades. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, any information received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
