This procurement is a total HUBZone set aside and will be conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The contemplated contract type is a single award, performance based contract with a period of performance consisting of a base year and four option periods beginning October 1, 2010.
