- Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office (MTAO), intends to solicit quotations for service that consists of providing daily parcel and mail courier services to the MTAO, 2900 4th Avenue North, Suite 502, Jameson Federal Building, Billings, MT. This Service shall be provided at three different time periods on Monday through Friday, except for Federal Holidays. The size of material to be delivered will range from individual letters to a maximum of 70 lbs per box or pouch. Prospective offerors will pick up and deliver mail from U.S. Post Office (USPS) located at 841 South 26th Street Billings, MT and deliver to the MTAO. Prospective offers will pick up and deliver all mail from the MTAO destined for the USPS and the Bureau of Reclamation office located at 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT. Prospective offers will also pick up and deliver all mail destined for the MTAO from the Bureau of Reclamation office located at 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT. Estimate one to three bags, and from as many as six to up to twenty packages daily. Prospective offerors shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform daily parcel and mail courier services to and from the Montana Area Office, which is located in Billings, Montana in Yellowstone County. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around August 9, 2010. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for on or around September 10, 2010. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 492110. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R10PS67005 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors are encouraged to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company DUNS Number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites on or around August 9, 2010. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for contract award (No exceptions). Registrations can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Quotes may be submitted electronically. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement and the resulting solicitation. This announcement does not constitute a Solicitation. Questions in regards to this announcement and resulting solicitation shall be submitted in writing by email and no later than August 2, 2010 at 12PM MT any questions after this date or by any other means will not be considered.
