- Description
- Walla Walla District, Corps. of Engineer plans to undertake the woody riparian program in Franklin County, Washington State which will result in production of a report of findings including recommendations, in support of Corps compliance with Sec. 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The project study area includes the area of potential effect of a proposed irrigation system development to establish improved habitat. The contractor is required to conduct a systematic cultural resources testing operations on properties in the area of potential effect for the proposed development, produce reports of findings of the test excavations, and make recommendations for management of potential historic properties.
