- Request for Quote worksheet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR Subparts 13.302, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This constitutes the only notification before award. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-47. The solicitation reference number is F4ATA30153A001. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423840. The business size standard is 500 employees. All quotes must reflect FOB Destination. CLIN 0001: (Qty 4 Ea) ISO Shipping Container (specifications below) • Double Door Both Ends • 20' Length x 8' Width x 8' 6" Height • Dry Freight ISO Container. Corrigated Steel Sides and Roof. • 14 gauge Locking Steel Swing Doors on both ends of container • Max Gross Weight: 5,190 lbs • Max Payload Rating Weight: 47,884 lbs • 1-1/8" Thick Marine Grade Wood Floors • At a minimum, one set of Forklift Pockets • Vents: 2, Lashing Rings per Rail: 4 each • Lashing Bars per Post: 2 each • Container shall conform to ISO 668 & 1496-1 • Containers are to be new or one time used only. • "One-Time Used" Containers are Not to Exceed One Year from the Date of Manufacture. • Color: Tan Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
