- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition or Motorola APX 7000 Portable Radios & Accessories at Luke AFB, AZ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 334220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The Government intends to issue a single solicitation and make a single award to one offeror. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09 July 2010 with a 10 day proposal period. In using the best value approach, the Government seeks to award to an offeror who gives the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will meet the requirements affordably. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at http://fedbizops.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
