- SYNOPSIS: This is a Notice of Intent to sole source award to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the following: Schedule of Supplies DESCRIPTION: 1. HARNESS, #1 ENGINE NSN: 6150-01-HS2-2541 P/N: 70550-30803-103 QTY: 5 U/I: EA (EACH) 2. HARNESS, #2 ENGINE NSN: 5995-01-HS2-2571 P/N: 70550-30803-104 QTY: 5 U/I: EA (EACH) The Coast Guard intends to issue one purchase order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-06-G-006F. No formal solicitation will be issued for this requirement. DELIVER TO: Commanding Officer USCG Aviation Logistics Center 1664 Weeksville Road Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001 INSPECTION and ACCEPTANCE: Preformed by DCMA The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for this item. Offerors, other than the OEM, must provide a Certificate of Conformance and the component must be traceable back to the OEM. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), as the only know NAVICP-PICA certified source of supply. Offerors, other than the OEM, must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a certified source of supply and must provide proof of such prior to contract award. Information regarding NAVICP-PICA certification may be obtained from the following website: http://www.navicp.navy.mil/sabs/sas/sascover.htm. Closing date and time for receipt of offers is August 2, 2010 at 10:00 am, EST. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
