- RECOVERY - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RA001510087 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34.This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Total small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423820. In the event that there are no small business who can provide this software, then the government reserved the right to award to large businesses. THIS ACQUISITION IS FUNDED WITH AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 FUNDS AND WILL REQUIRE IMMEDIATE DELIVERY. QUOTE: The Bureau of Indian Affairs is requesting quotes by close of business, Monday July 14, 2010, for the following Heavy Equipment Chip Spreader. Brand name or equal will be acceptable. PRODUCT: NEW CLIN 0001 Rosco CSH Hydrostatic Chip Spreader 1 ea $ _______________Includes: Hydrostatic drive system with infinitely variable speed control, 202 hp Cat engine, ten foot spread hopper, and all other equipment as per product brochure Optional Item 12 Foot Spreader Hopper 1 ea $_____________________Optional Item Front Hopper Walkway & Railing 1 ea $__________________Delivery Charge to Philadelphia Mississippi $________________________ DELIVERY: FOB Destination shall to 421 Powell, Philadelphia Mississippi 39350. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the authorized government representative, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Delivery must be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Contractors' quote shall be accompanied with contractor's DUNs number to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Region Office, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Ken Lloyd, 545 Marriot Dr., Ste. 700, Nashville TN 37214 or by email to kenneth.lloyd@bia.gov by close of business, Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
