Description

RFQ W81GYE-10-Q-0001 is amended to provide responses to vendors inquiries. All other terms and conditions remain the same. "Question: Is there a previous contract for this equipment? RESPONSE: There is not a single contract for this equipment as this contract would result in the first year of a consolidated contract. Most of the equipment is currently covered (or was covered until recently) under warranties. The remainder of equipment is covered under multiple individual contracts. "Question: Who is the vendor currently servicing the equipment? RESPONSE: The equipment under warranty is maintained by the manufacturer or authorized third party. Please see attachment 3 for the names of vendors currently maintaining the equipment not under warranty. "What was the cost of the last years contract and is this the same equipment as last years contract? RESPONSE: Please see attachment 3 for the total cost of the current contracts. "Is the contract available for view: RESPONSE: No. "Is there a service history available? RESPONSE: Please see attachment 3. "Is all of the equipment up and running? RESPONSE: Yes.
