- Description
- RFP FA3047-10-R-0029 Photorefractive Keratectomy Services, Lackland AFB, Texas. This is a solicitation notice for personal and nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform pre and post op management, research and medical screening exams for Refractive Surgery, Wilford Hall Medical Center. Services include but are not limited to Optometrists, Research Coordinator, PRK Surgical Techs, PRK Techs, Date Entry Techs, Admin and Medical Record Clerks services. The Government is anticipating awarding a FFP Requirements. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of 1 Oct 2010 thru 30 Sep 2010 with three (3) one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621320 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. This acquisition is being issued as 100% total small business 8(a) set aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by this Agency.
