- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure interface boards on a sole source basis from Sabtech Industries, 23231 La Palma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92887. CLIN 0001-(32) Part No. SV-03101-01, VME Swift-Pak Type D, CLIN 0002 -(15) Part No. SV-04101-01, VME Swift-Pak Type E and CLIN 0003 - (2) Part No. HK-04101-14, Serial Hawke Type E. The required interface boards will be used in a land-based test and evaluation environment and must duplicate the MK 41 Vertical Launching System for each shipboard installation. Only the Sabtech interface boards are compatible with other boards used throughout the fleet. The Request For Proposal (RFP) Number is N00178-10-R-3033. The required delivery is two months after contract award. Award is to be made under FAR subpart 13.5 procedures. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The NAICS Code is 334418 and the FSC Code is 3670. Pricing will be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 23 July 2010 with a closing date of 6 August 2010. Anticipated award date is 23 August 2010.
