- RECOVERY - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RA001510086 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34.This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Total small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423820. In the event that there are no small business who can provide this software, then the government reserved the right to award to large businesses. THIS ACQUISITION IS FUNDED WITH AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 FUNDS AND WILL REQUIRE IMMEDIATE DELIVERY. QUOTE: The Bureau of Indian Affairs is requesting quotes by close of business, Monday July 14, 2010, for the following Commerical Grade Lawn Mower. Brand name or equal will be acceptable. PRODUCT: NEW CLIN 0001 Husqvarna (Equvalent to specifications of the 2006 Model SV600S or Snapper 500Z) 1 EA $______________ CLIN 0002 Delivery Charge to Aquinnah MA $_______________ DELIVERY: FOB Destination shall to Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head, 20 Black Brook Road, Aquinnah, MA 02535FMCC Warehouse, 1600 12th Street, N.W., Albuquerque NM 87102. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the authorized government representative, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Delivery must be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer.
