- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO W.A. ROBBINS CONSTRUCTION, INC., UNDER CONTRACT NNJ09JA20C, FOR CLEAN,SEAL, AND CAULK PEAF PANELS ON BUILDINGS 9, 15,30, 31, 45, AND 49 AT NASA JOHNSON SPACECENTER, AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/JSC intends to issue modification 6 to Contract NNJ09JA20C, a firm fixed pricedcontract awarded to W. A. Robbins Construction, Inc. under the Small BusinessAdministration 8(a) program, using the Partnership Agreement between NASA and the SmallBusiness Administration in accordance with FAR 19.8 and the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(5). NASA intends to increase requirements for Building 31N to replace the deterioratedportion of the 4' vertical joint channel around the perimeter of the building, and clean,prime, and paint the new channel to match the existing channel.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only. All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writingto points of contact contained herein. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
