The United States Government intends to exercise a five year renewal option, using other than full and open competition to 3070 V Street, NE, Washington, DC, for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / United States Secret Service (USSS). This lease will be for a total of 52,824 usable square feet / 56,564 rentable square feet of warehouse space.
