- Description
- Community Planning and Shelter Specialist As a key member of USAID/Haiti's Infrastructure and Shelter Office, the incumbent will offer technical guidance on the implementation of the community planning and shelter aspects of the USG's Haiti infrastructure and shelter program. The incumbent must be highly motivated and experienced in implementing urban development projects in challenging political environments. The incumbent's technical expertise should extend to areas such as: urban and community development/upgrading, housing policy and construction, housing finance, municipal management, local economic development, community mobilization/social engineering, and spatial and land use planning.
