Phone 269-961-7110 Email: randy.powell@dla.mil. Special notice to award the following sole source requirement to: Harris Corp., RF Communications Div., 1680 University Ave., Rocchester, NY 14610. The Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) requires the following Service Maintenance and Training for PRC-150 radios: 0001 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Philadelphia, PA 0002 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Ft. Belvoir, VA 0003 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA New Cumberland, PA 0004 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Columbus, OH 0005 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Battle Creek, MI 0006 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Tracy, CA 0007 3 Day Field Support for tactical radio PRC-150C at 01 EA Richmond, VA Field support consists of AASF maintenance and training. Pricing for travel and per diem is to be included on the above lines. Travel and Per Diem costs are to follow the Joint Travel Regulations. AASF maintenance will consist of equipment inspections to include - BIT and firmware revision audit, verification and upgrade if necessary. - Overall system check to include connectors, cables, and antenna inspection for loose or corroded hardware - RX/TX and VSWR systems checks - On-the-air checks with other DLA sites Training will instruct the students in operation and basic maintenance of the units. Support dates to be established by mutual agreement of the Government and Contractor. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Harris Corp as they are only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please send quotes by close of business, 4:30 PM EST, 13 July 2010. Businesses other than Harris Corp submitting quotes must provide proof showing that they are trained to maintain and train personnel on the PRC-150. Offeors must also show that they are authorized by Harris Corp to perform this work.
