Description
OFFICE SPACE NEEDED Pierre, SD Solicitation Number: 9SD2053 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 1,600 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, approximately 1,840 rentable square feet, of office space and 3 on-site parking spaces for storage of Government leased vehicles within the delineated area of Pierre, SD and within the following street boundaries: Island View Drive (Southern boundary), Fourth Street/Airport Road (Northern boundary), Poplar Avenue (Western boundary), Garfield Avenue (Eastern boundary). Access and parking for tractor trailers within a two block radius is also required. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. Offered space shall be located in a commercially zoned area. Industrial or residential zoned properties will not be accepted. The site MAY NOT be located in the 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The building, space, and all parking must be accessible for the physically challenged in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). Building space shall meet all fire and life safety and federal seismic requirements. The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm with completion of tenant improvements and occupancy to commence approximately March 1, 2011.
