- Description
- This requirement is for the development of an ultra-low flow calibration system consisting of 1 each hydrocarbon hydraulic fluid and 1 each hydrocarbon fuel prover system with viscosity measurement stations, control software, and data acquisition. Acquisition includes development, construction, performance validation, delivery, and installation. The two calibrator systems will be an air-driven, displacement rod mechanism with a turn-down of at least 2001:1 in hyrocarbon fluid. The first system will have a top flow rate of 1.0 GPM and second will have a top flow rate of 2.0 GPM. A total system uncertainty of better than 0.05% is expected. The system shall include a system controller, temperature probes and CFlow+ Windows software. Cannot be met by commercial items, sole source to CompuFlow Solutions.
