- 66 - Instruments and Laboratory Equipment SOLICITATION NUMBER: M67004-10-T-0234 SOLICITATION CLOSES: 19 July 2010 @ 4:00 P.M. EST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The supplies will be solicited and awarded as commercial items in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Parts 12. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables Size Standard 500 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. CLIN 0001: 3D Laser Scanner provided and installed in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements no more than 45 days after award. CLIN 0002: Provide Training for four (4) persons at customer facility for a minimum of two (2) days. Ship to: Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA 31704. FOB Destination pricing is required. The Government will award a fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
