- B Bag Content Listing A Bag Content Listing Listing of CLINs with item description and quantity ranges to be included in the solicitation and resulting contract. This is a synopsis for the establishment of a Commercial Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for A & B Deployment Bag Kits and select replacement items for the Air Force Reserve Command. A listing of the contents of the A&B Bags as well as a CLIN listing containing descriptions and quantity ranges are attached. A firm fixed price contract with a five year ordering period is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This acquisition will be solicitited on a Brand Name or Equal Basis. Any identification of manufacturers or manufacturers part numbers in the A & B Bag Kit Attachments are for clarification purposes only. The resulting contract will be awarded on an all or none basis to a single contractor. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed for each kit.
