PARACHUTE 16 inch NSN 1670-2127-8341-4 and PARACHUTE 20 inch NSN 1670-2127-8342-3 IAW Dwg 2127834-H dtd 06 Sep 2001 and Specification V-T-295E dtd 01 Aug 1985. First Article Testing is required and it will be conducted at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. End Item: MK 141/144. The Rock Island Contracting Center intends to issue this Request for Proposal, W52P1J-10-R-3025, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about July 29, 2010 with a closing date of 30 days after issuance. The applicable NAICS code is 314999 with size standard for small business of 500 employees. This procurement will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Competitive, 100% Small Business Set Aside. Base Quantity of 3,500 each 16 Parachutes and 3,500 each 20 Parachutes. FOB: Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DoD Contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
