- The purpose of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to announce the OICC Camp Lejeune, NC intend to solicit offers and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the lease of two (2) double wide (24 feet by 50 feet) trailers for 36 months (base year plus two option years). The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This procurement is in support of project 10-0119, Site Prep/Lease for Trailers, 2D RECON, MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. Line Item One - will include all work associated with site preparation and utility extensions for trailers. This work shall be completed within 90 days of the effective award date of the contract.Line Item Two - will include all work associated with the trailers lease, delivery and set-up, trailer skirting, and decking. The contractor shall provide all material; labor, equipment, and supervision to lease the two (2) double wide (24 feet by 50 feet) trailers. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for HUBZONE small businesses with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332311 and Size Standard of 500 employees. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available for electronic download on or about 27 July 2010. Proposals will be due on or about 23 August 2010 at 2:00PM. There will not be a schedule site visit; offerors may visit the site.Solicitation N40085-10-R-0251 shall be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and will be available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation documents (specifications and drawings) is via the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: https://www.fbo.gov and may be downloaded free of charge. Official access to any additional amendments issued for this solicitation is via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and may be downloaded free-of-charge.
