Description

equipment specification clause package combined synopsis OCE ColorWave 600 Printer or equivalent Large format printer to be located at White House Delivery address: Eisenhower Executive Office Building 17th and Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington DC, 20503 A minimum of (4) day notice of delivery is required to arrainge for clearance for delivery personnel. This will be a street side delivery. A lift table is available for unloading. Delivery truck with lift gate would be preferred. Installation and assembly of equipment is necessary at delivery. Training: Price accordingly 1) Initial training upon delivery of equipment 2) Additional in-depth training for staff of (4) on the following: a) daily operations b) workings of the machine c) maintenance/daily service of machine such as: how to clean and replenish supplies as needed. Warranty: Price accordingly 1) Initial manufacture warranty of 90 days, should include at least 1500 clicks. Maintenance - provide pricing for monthly maintenance to include Toner/maintenance based on impressions.
