- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Navajo Regional office is issuing this solicitation notice for services to procure Consultant Services provide in the area of mathematics. The procurement method is Commercial Item Procedures, and BIA intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for services to procure Consultant Services provide in the area of mathematics for the Bureau of Indian Education, NMNS, T'iists'oozi' Bi'o'lta (Crownpoint) Community School, Hwy 371, Scout Road, Bldg 3000, Crownpoint, NM 87313. The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business, NAICS Code: 611710. Size standards in millions of dollars $7.0. The solicitation packet will be available immediately (July 19, 2010). Solicitation Package is available at www.fbo.gov Due to the urgency of the requirement, the response time for quotes due, is short. Contractors qualified for services are encouraged to submit a signed and dated quote, along with a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, DUNS Number, proof of contractor's registration in www.ccr.gov, to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Mary J.
