- FBO Second Posting for BPA Road Storage Phase II. This requirement is re-posted of solicitation AG-02RC-S-10-0009 to change the scope of the work and correct the set aside status. The work consists of replacing metal road restriction gates with earth berms, removing corrugated metal pipes and re-contouring draws, reconstructing drain dips, out sloping road surface, spraying weeds (state certified), applying seed and fertilizer. constructing one rock barricade. The period of perfomance is expected to be approximately 45 days, but the project must be completed no later than 15 Oct 2010 Government estimate is between $25,000 and 100,000. Project are description This project is located on the Kootenai National Forest, Libby Ranger District. Access can be obtained by two directions. First travel north on HW 37 to MP 1.1. Turn North onto the Yaak Road 567/68 and travel to MP 16.8. Turn onto road 471 and travel to MP 4.4. Turn onto road 600 and travel 0.4 miles. Turn onto road 4654 and travel to MP 1.4. Turn onto road 4681. Second Travel north on HW 37 to MP 1.0 and turn North on road 260/853 - Kootenai River Road. Travel to MP 4.6 and turn onto road 600 - Quartz Creek. Travel to MP 14.0 and turn on road 4645. Then 1.4 miles to rad 4681. All road work is behind gated roads.
