- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement to purchase three different native grass seed mixes that will cover 150, 320 and 342 acres respectively. Pricing shall include delivery (FOB Destination) to the Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Burbank WA. Field location for the 730 fire (150 acres) is on Walulla Unit, McNary National Wildlife Refuge, Walla Walla County Washington. Field location for the Horn Fire (342 and 320 acres of grass mixes) is on Rattlesnake Unit, Handford Reach National Monument in Benton County, Washington. Grass seed mixes will be required by no later than November 29, 2010. Interested firms can bid on one, two or all three items and multiple awards may be considered. Basis for award will be technically acceptable, low price. Firms will submit information to confirm they will be supplying the correct seed mixes they choose to provide a bid and award will go to the firm with the lowest price, provided the Service can confirm from the initial data submitted, that they are providing the correct mix of native seed required and as identified in the applicable Statement of work for each line item. Solicitation number: 10181AQ192 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at 'http://www.fedbizopps.gov' or 'http://www.nbc.gov'.
