- This notice is provided for informational purposes only as required by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Modification P00014 (Reference R00021, Case FL011-2) to Contract W912DW-09-C-0034 for RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 20198, Repair DPT Training Facility-Repair Windows, Walls, Floors, Roof, Ceiling, Elect, Etc. was awarded on 19 July 2010 to definitize all costs and time associated with the scope of work previously issued by Unpriced Change Order modification P00009. The price reflected in modification P00014 represents the difference between the final negotiated price for the change and that previously issued by modification P00009. For clarity, this modification restates the scope of work as follows: Structural repairs as the result of several structural deficiencies and omissions that were discovered during construction and not addressed in the original design (modification provides additional details on the exact scope of work related to this change). This modification resulted in an increase of $78,460.00 to the contract price.
