Custom Manufacturing & Engineering TM (CME TM ) will be conducting a Formal Bid Sale to dispose of Government owned property located at 3690 70 th Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL, 33781. CME will accept bids for the property described on the attached listing. This property consists of two (2) non-expandable, rigid-wall shelters. The items are being sold and offered in One Lot, as "Used, as is - where is" condition. Prospective bidders wishing to inspect the property should contact Linda Deckinga at (727) 497- 1795. This property consists of large, heavy pieces of material that will impact your removal process. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for the loading and/or transportation charges as well as any damage to our facility or injury to personnel on our premises. The full purchase price must be paid prior to the removal of any property. Bids must be received no later than 27 Jul 2010 by 4:00 pm EDST.
