- This project is being advertised using full and open competition under NAICS 238990, with a small business size standard of $14.0 Million. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on August 3, 2010. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Solicitation Number Q1890100002. Description: The National Park Service is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the conservation, repair and reinstallation of the iron fence of the Atkins family burial plot at Saint Paul's National Historic Site cemetery. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary to restore the fence to its historical appearance and structural condition while maintaining as much existing original material as possible. Contract duration is 90 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 13 and 15. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 30, 2010. Search by referencing the solicitation number (above), Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Individual requests for solicitation packages will NOT be accepted.
