- Provide Request for Proposal for all materials, labor, tools and equipment to construct a storage building with concrete slab at Homestead National Monument of America, Beatrice, NE This project will utilize full and open competition in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. Small business size standard is $33.5M. Cost range is betweeen $25,000 - $100,000. Type of award is a firm-fixed price construction. Davis Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. Payment protection will be required for 100% of the award. Anticipated period of performance is 180 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation along with attachments and any amendments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 08/02/2010. No hard copies will be issued. A site visit and time will be announced in the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov with the required NAICS code and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn. gov in order to receive a government award.
