- Red River Army Depot intends to issue a request for proposal for a sole source procurement to BAE, the original equipment manufacturer, for all service, equipment,and modification to existing equipment and provide training to enable RRAD to perform Final Inspection Record (FIR) Test in strict accordance with Statement of Work.
