- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space at Port of Tacoma, Tacoma, WA Solicitation #0WA2032 Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Class "A" contiguous office space must yield 15,650 useable square feet for occupancy by 11-1-2011. The proposed space must be within the Port of Tacoma, Tacoma, WA. The proposed lease is for (10) years, (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (Handicapped Accessibility). The Government may award based upon initial offers should it choose to do so. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
