- The proposed contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, The McKenzie Institute, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to provide a clinical education course which offers Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and other eligible clinicians within the VISN 2 instruction on Part B: Cervical and Thoracic Spine-Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by email. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received by 12:00 p.m. EST, July 23, 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS code is 611430 with a size standard of $7 million.
