- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, zip code 22448 intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract for 76mm Blind, Loaded, & Plugged cartridges, NATO stock number 1315-15-006-5948. This is a competitive procurement. The cartridges must be able to interface with the Mk 75 Mod 0 Gun Mount and shall have ballistics which can be implemented into the Mk-92 Gun Fire Control System. The items to be procurement must comply with MIL-STD-2105C, MIL STD-464A, MIL-STD 810G, MIL-S-901D, and NAVSEA INST 8020.8C. Quantity will be one of the following lots: 100, 125, 150, 200, or 300. FOB destination to zip code 22448 will apply, with shipping 12-18 months after receipt of contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
