- Amendment #3-This announces amendment 0003 to solicitation N0003-10-R-0012 dated 04 June 2010. The purpose of this amendment is to inform any potential offeror of the attached addition to Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors (Competitive)(4-22-10) by incorporating disclosure for non-voting non-Government third-parties as attached. This announces amendment 0003 to solicitation N0003-10-R-0012 dated 04 June 2010. The purpose of this amendment is to inform any potential offeror of the attached addition to Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors (Competitive)(4-22-10) by incorporating disclosure for non-voting non-Government third-parties as attached. Offers are due at the Contracts Office, Strategic Systems Programs at 2:00 pm local time on 02 August 2010. Hand-carried offers are encouraged and shall be personally delivered to Ms. Elizabeth Heitz (SPN-108) in Room 1154A, SSP Headquarters Building, National Center Building 2, which is located at 2521 South Clark Street, Arlington, VA or to her designee. The National Center Building 2 is a controlled facility. A photo identification card will be required in order to obtain a visitor's badge. If an offeror is unable to gain access to the building, the offeror may contact Ms. Heitz at (703) 604-3967 or Ms. Virginia Hennings at 703-601-9447 from the security desk and she will coordinate receipt of the offer. The SSP mailing address is Strategic Systems Programs, 2521 South Clark Street, Suite 1000, Arlington, VA 22202-3930. Offerors should bear in mind that U.S. Mail deliveries have been frequently delayed in the Washington, DC area due to security measures. No questions or inquiries will be accepted by telephone. The distribution of the resulting solicitation will be accomplished solely through the FedBizOpps website http://www.fbo.gov/.
