- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. SMM00100029 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 283210. The Bureau of Indian Education is soliciting for the purchase of CISCO VPN Brand Hardware/Software Maintenance. The requested IT components are a part of an existing ENAN (Education Native American Network) infrastructure. No redesign is required. This IT request is equipped to support the BIE, ENAN, VPN access by replacing the outdated existing Cisco VPN Concentrator.
