- The following is the contract award information for Recovery Act RFP VA-248-10-RP-0192: Contract: VA248-C-1511 Award Amount: $159,288.00 Date of Award: 19 July 2010 Vendor: VALOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, LLC Address: 137 E MAIN ST PAHOKEE, FL 33476-1805 GENERAL INTENTION: The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, tools, specialty/design-build services and supervision for completion of Recovery Act Project 546-10-112, Upgrade and Certify Lightning Protection System. Per specifications, the unobtrusive lightning protection system will be installed on Buildings 1, 1A, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 44 at the Bruce W.
