- General Services Administration hereby issues Solicitation QSDM-J2-109032-I for FSC 8010 Polyurethane Coatings. This Standing Price Quote contains 2 non-stock NSNs. These NSNs are not set-aside for small business and each purchase order is capped at $25,000. The period of the SPQ will be no more than 12 months. Delivery will be 30 days ARO or sooner with FOB Origin. This SPQ will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the internet at http://www.fbo.gov.
