- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center (RDECOCC) have a requirement for the Asymmetric warfare Group for the following list of hardware maintenance and training. The solicitation number is W91CRB-10-T-0106. This RFQ is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 811213 with a size standard of $7.0M. The resultant order will be firm fixed price. ITEM 1 CT2000/A Hardware, CounterACT Appliances greater than or equal to 2500 devices copper, quantity 2. ITEM 2 ACV-CT2000/A Hardware Maintenance, Active Care advanced support (24x7) for CounterACT devices, quantity 2. ITEM 3 FC-PS1 Training, Security engineer for up to 5 days. ITEM 4 Travel and living expenses, billed as incurred per the joint travel regulations, quantity 1 lot. Delivery of all items shall be 30 days after placement of order. All items shall be shipped to Ft. Meade, MD. Items requested shall be brand requested or equal brand. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, shall be submitted with the quote. The provision 52.212-1 applies. The following clauses apply: 52.211-6, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-13, 252.225-7001, 252.204-7003, 252.204-7004 Alt A, 252.232-7010. The Government will award one purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price.
