- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) completed the evaluations of six (6) responsive proposals. The AOC awards a single Firm Fixed Priced IDIQ Contract for providing Lawn Mowing, Lawn Care and Snow Removal Services for all facilities of the U.S. Botanic Garden, Washington, D.C. The award is a best value determination as based on the evaluation of established source selection factors. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform services. The contract is for a base year plus four (4) one (1) year option years.
