- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR 5-AXISCOMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROLLED MACHINING CENTER. Companies shall acknowledge allamendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to clarify section 7.3 to read: Shall hold a minimum of1,750 pounds force of cutting force.The due date for receipt of offers is not extended beyond July 20, 2010.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on June 28, 2010. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
