- SUBJECT: W912HN-09-C-0059, Maintenance, Repair, Minor Construction, and Operation of the Hartwell Reservoir Project, Hartwell, Georgia, is modified as shown in the following Summary of Changes. Funding Modification P00008 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds in the amount of $83,000.00 are being obligated at this time to complete campground and picnic site rehabilitation and to increase O&M contractor labor. Total funds reserved and available for payment under this contract are increased from $3,705,000.00 to 3,788,000.00
