- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for construction services of the North Slope Stabilization at the VA Medical Center San Francisco located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This solicitation is for a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available in the near future. Offeror will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. General Construction: Work includes site preparation, construction operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnishes labor materials and performs work for the slope stabilization including, but not limited to, retaining walls, utilities, excavation, grading, paving, and landscaping as required by drawings and specifications. The NAICS Code is 237990 and small business size is $33.5 Million. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
