- Justificaiton For Other than Full and Open Competition This is a “Notice of Intent” to “Sole Source” a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Delivery Order, for commercial items posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(d) and Office of Federal Procurement Policy Memorandum dated 17 APR 2006, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this solicitation will be based upon responses to this notice at the sole discretion of the Government.
