- Synopsis: SIMPLEX CORPORATION is awarded an aircraft lease service contract in support of U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Aviation Foreign Internal Defense (AvFID). Items 0001-0004 and 0009 are awarded on the base year of the contract. This work will be performed at Hurlburt Field, Florida and the base year of the contract is expected to be completed by 30 Sep 2011. This contract was awarded through a competitive small business setaside and brand name only. The brand name was required to ensure personnel are trained on the same type aircraft as those flown in AFSOC/AvFID operations.
