This notification is provided to survey all open market vendors to identify available source(s) that have the capabilities and interest to provide the requirement as identified below. REQUIREMENT: Initial estimated information: Dates:10.19.2010-10.20.2010 10.19: approx. start time 10.00a - end time 5.00p, dinner w speaker TBD 10.20:approx. start time7.00a- end time 3.00p. Requirements: Meeting/ballroom space, Lodging (1 night only 10.19), several sleeping rooms are also needed for 10.18.2010, Food/Beverage, 1 Hospitality Suite. Approximately: ESTIMATE: 167 people (price brackets) Space needs to accommodate 1 meeting /ballroom space to accommodate approximately 167. Food/Beverage: for approximately 167 10.19.2010: Lunch PM break Dinner w/speaker 10.20.2010: Breakfast AM break Lunch PM break Need menu options. Plus/Plus rate, Bar prices. Ballroom/Meeting space: to accommodate all attendees numbers are estimated at (approximately 167) Chairs, round tables, head table. A/V technical*: PowerPoint, screens, internet connection in ballroom/meeting room, audio and video conferencing, podium, microphones, and Post-it flip charts. A/V Price list needed *We will supply laptop. Parking for cars and buses Luggage storage for all attendees: check-in on 10/19 and check-out on 10/20.
