- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W911SG-10-T-0251 is issued as Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 811219. Small business standard is $7.0. Contractor shall repair two (2 each) Forward Looking Infrared Systems (FLIR) and provide the following services: test, teardown, evaluation, repairs, upgrades, and spares sought are required to refurbish two (2) each M1-NightStalkIR (NSTI-Q02.9-000) Imaging Systems to its original fully functioning capacity. The Government will furnish equipment to be refurbished/upgraded by contractor. All service fees, equipment, shipping charges and labor shall be included in price. Location Ft Bliss, TX 79916. CLIN 0001 Replace two (2) each version 3 Interface Boxes. CLIN 0002 Refurbish two (2) each Positioner Gearbox (parts). CLIN 0003 Replace two (2) each Hand Controller (just turn gears). CLIN 0004 Replace two (2) each Differential Master Cable (gears). CLIN 0005 Replace two (2) each 320X240 Vox Thermal Detector3 HfoV (the sight). CLIN 0006 Man-hours. Provide total hours for line items 0001-0005. See attached solicitation for more details. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. Evaluation criteria will be based on price, technical capability and past performance. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
