- The requirement is for a simulator for a Global De-Icer Truck, used for training in proper machine techniques and continued proficiency in such. Manufactured specifically by Global Ground Support, Inc., Olathe, Kansas. The solicitation package will contain a complete list for the items and quantities of the requirement. Solicitation will issue on or about 19 July 2010, and will close on or about 02 August 2010. The complete solicitation package will be available on the FedBizOpps website on or about 19 July 2010. This is a Sole Source Requirement
